We are looking for a warehouse + office in district of Budapest.
Requirements

- Terminal for sea containers in the area to be able provide
loading/unloading from/to container and warehouse.
- Customs Office in the area to be able make customs clearance
- Warehouse aprox. 600 sqm
without heating = min. + 5C, floor where forklifts can drive,
high 4-5 meters,
gate minimum 3,0m high x 3,50m width
- Office aprox. 50sqm in the same area as the warehouse
with internet connectivity
