I am looking for the Gyor area

I have been tasked by our board with locating an EU-based finished goods warehouse and process facility. Gyor, Hungary is one of the areas we have short-listed. From a high level this will be an approx. 2200 - 2500 SQM facility, preferably with 3 or more shipping doors, some office space, employing 6 warehouse staff (to start) with anticipated expansion plans. We will be doing some processing of fibre but it is only for packing the fibre into bales to ship to our customers. The intent being a finished goods warehouse.
I am looking for the Gyor area but I am willing to look at other options as close to Gyor as possible.
