Collection of empties deliveries (internal and external) » Visual Management of damaged packages » Proper sorting of empties (according to jointly defined standards) » Cleaning the empties according to the quality requirements (with a machine) » Palletizing or picking the empties ready for dispatch » Provision of internal and external empties » Providing all documents of empties shipments and deliveries to CA Budapest » Ensuring documentation and passing on documents to factory interfaces (for example, transport cards, delivery notes, etc.) » Inventory, stock overview and stock monitoring » Proper work design according to the principles of the 5S method » Transportation –delivery just in time
Premisses for the warehouse: - Warehouse internal height: 6-8 m - High capacity platform - Ramps if it´s possible, industrial gates - internal parking - Electrical connection (up to 500 kVa) o For the wash machine (necessary around 320kwh). With Gas connection much lower. • Forklifts etc. - 2 t industrial elevator - Gas connection (if possible) - Gas heating for the warehouse - Social facilities (toilets, dressing rooms for the employees etc.) – all public utilities - A small office for the Manager and secretary (max 30sqm) and a small conference room. - Internet Connection - Heated warehouse - Truck area 24/7 (40t) – easy accessible trucks and public transport - Internal parking - Pavements yards
