I am currently looking for a warehouse or storage facility with the following specifications:
- A total area of approximately 2,000 to 2,500 square meters in the southern area of Budapest
- Preferably as one single unit on the ground floor
- Open space without shelving units
- A dedicated unloading area suitable for truck deliveries
- Conveniently located near transportation and essential services
- We are looking for a competitive rental rate, as we are seeking a cost-effective solution in the current market
