Our company, based in Italy, is working for more than four decades in the field of the management and recovering of second hand clothing employing a working force of more than 300 workers.
We are going to expand our business abroad and to locate a new operative plant in Hungary and this is the reason why I am writing to you: we need to rent a warehouse.
Please, consider as general target needs from 7.000 up to 10.000 square metres of which around 200 square metres for the offices and also some space with the necessary equipment to host around 150 workers (i.e. toilets, mess hall, etc…). Furthermore, please also consider some cities of our interest: Budapest, Gyor, Szekesfehervar , Szegedi, DEBRECEN, NYIREGYHAZA, MISKOLC, SZEKSZARD, KISKUNFELEGYHAZA, PECS. Should you have some availability in these cities, we will be glad to evaluate your proposals and subsequently we will be glad to come for visiting the plants personally and to discuss personally of the conditions.
