We are looking for a production space near Vecsés.

We are looking for the production space to produce acetate filters for cigarettes in Hungary.
The main requirements are:
•⁠ ⁠1500m2 +/-
•⁠ ⁠250kwt
•⁠ ⁠minimum high is 6m;
•⁠ ⁠heating/AC to keep normal temperature inside +20+24 C
•⁠ ⁠water 1l/min not continuously, only when steam generator is working.
•⁠ ⁠water discharge point from steam generator. Water could contain some parts of acetate and triacetine. In minimum quantity. This is not pollutant.
•⁠ ⁠equipment is required ventilation/dedusting therefore we will need to install fan from outside. Noise level up to 80db
•⁠ ⁠preferable with loading dock pallets up to 2 tonns
•⁠ ⁠for instalation purposes only there should be possibility to offload inside the warehouse the equipment. The heaviest box is 7 tonns. Not every dock could handle it.
•⁠ ⁠change room, shower, toilet, kitchen for the workers - up to 12 persons per shift;
•⁠ ⁠office room 1 or 2
